At Beach House Art, every print is made to order. Once you place your order, we carefully print, frame, and ship your artwork straight to your door.


We work with a trusted network of print and frame partners for orders in the EU, USA and Australia, so wherever possible your order is produced close to you. This keeps delivery times down and helps you avoid unnecessary customs fees.


Please note: we don’t print or ship at weekends or on public holidays.

 

 

 

Where we ship & delivery costs

 


We ship worldwide. Current shipping rates are:

 

  • UK & Northern Ireland – FREE tracked shipping

  • EU – Tracked delivery €11.95 (flat rate)

  • USA – Tracked delivery $10 (flat rate)

  • Australia – Tracked delivery £10 (flat rate, converted from GBP)

  • Channel Islands – Tracked delivery £5.95 (flat rate)

  • Dubai – Tracked delivery £20 (flat rate)

  • Rest of the world – Please contact us before ordering for a shipping quote

 


Some international prices are converted live from UK Sterling.

 

 

 

Production & estimated delivery times

 


All timeframes below are estimated business days from the date your order is placed. Framed prints take a little longer than unframed prints as they are hand-assembled.


 

UK & Northern Ireland

 

Printed and framed in the UK.

 

  • Unframed prints: 3–7 business days

  • Framed prints: 5–10 business days

 


Tracked shipping is free on all UK and Northern Ireland orders. This includes the Isle of Wight and the Highlands and Islands.

 

 

 

EU

 

Printed and framed in the EU (currently from Amsterdam).

 

  • Unframed prints: 3–7 business days

  • Framed prints: 3–10 business days

 


Because your order is produced and shipped from within the EU, you should not pay import duty.

 

 

 

USA

 

Printed and framed in the USA.

 

  • Unframed prints: 3–7 business days

  • Framed prints: 3–10 business days

 


Orders ship from within the US, so there is no import duty to pay on delivery.

 

 

 

Australia

 

Printed and framed in Australia.

 

  • Unframed prints: 3–7 business days

  • Framed prints: 3–10 business days

 


Orders ship from within Australia, so you typically won’t pay import duty on delivery.

 

 

 

Channel Islands

 

 

  • Tracked delivery: £5.95

  • Delivery time is usually similar to UK orders, but may take a little longer due to local handling.

 

 

 

 

Dubai & Rest of the World

 

For Dubai:

 

  • Tracked delivery: £20

  • Import duties of around 10% are usually charged locally. These are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We cannot offer refunds or returns if you choose not to pay import charges or do not collect your parcel and it is returned or destroyed by customs.

 


For other countries:


We have print labs in the UK, USA, EU and Australia. In many cases your order will ship from the UK, but we may be able to route it more locally.

  • where your order will ship from, and

  • an estimated shipping cost and delivery time.

 

 

 

 

Packaging & couriers

 


We use trusted postal and courier partners and secure packaging so your art arrives in perfect condition.


However, if something does go wrong:

 

  • please contact us as soon as possible, and

  • send photos of the damage and the packaging so we can investigate and arrange a replacement.
