About Orders

Do your framed prints add size to the prints?

Each frame adds 3cm to each length of your print. So a 30cm x 40cm print will be 33cm x 43 cm framed.

I’ve placed an order; what next?

Your order will be sent to be printed and framed within the hour. Our art prints and framing are made to order, eliminating unnecessary waste. We only print what sells. Production typically takes up to 48hrs.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I track my order?

All orders are sent tracked, and you’ll receive tracking info via email once dispatched.

The item I received is faulty/damaged

As part of our guarantee, if an order gets damaged in transit, then we’ll reprint and replace your order free of charge.

Where do you deliver?

We ship globally! With print studios in the UK, EU, US and Australia, we not only reduce the delivery costs for you but we also reduce our carbon footprint by printing as close to you as possible.

We offer free UK shipping.

How long will my international order take to be delivered?

Over 80% of products are shipped within 24-48 hours. Please check our shipping page for more information.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal, and we use Shopify for payments as well as Amazon pay, so you can be safe in the knowledge that your payments are secure.

Could Beach House Art personalise or customise an art print for me?

Everone loves getting art prints as a gift. A special birthday, a friend’s getting married, you’re opening a new venue and are looking for something truly unique? We understand that there are plenty of situations that could warrant commissioning a one-off art print, so drop us an email or DM, and we’ll happily chat through the options.

Do you have a physical shop that I can visit?

We are an online-only business, and every product is printed and framed to order.

Who is the adorable dog I’ve seen in some of your photos?

He is Griff - our studio dog. He’s a wire-haired griffon. He doesn’t get involved in creating art but can be very judgy!
