About Your Order

How big will my framed print be?

Our frames add 3 cm to each side of your print. For example, a 30 × 40 cm print will measure 33 × 43 cm once framed.

What happens after I place an order?

Your order is sent to print and framing within the hour. Every piece is made to order, which means:

  • no unnecessary stock
  • fresher prints
  • less environmental waste

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we print to order, changes may not always be possible once production starts, but if you email us as soon as possible we’ll always do our best to help.

We also offer a 30-day return policy once your order arrives. You can find full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders are sent tracked, and you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships.

My print arrived damaged – what do I do?

If anything is damaged in transit, we’ll reprint and replace it free of charge. Please email us photos of:

  • the damage, and
  • the packaging

This helps us investigate with the courier and put things right quickly.

Where do you deliver?

We ship worldwide.

We print and frame locally in the UK, EU, USA and Australia, so most customers benefit from:

  • faster delivery,
  • lower shipping costs, and
  • no import duties in many regions.

How long do international orders take?

Most orders ship within 48 hours, depending on how busy the print studios are. Delivery time varies by region – please see our Shipping Information page for estimated timeframes.


About Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • all major credit and debit cards,
  • PayPal,
  • Amazon Pay, and
  • Shopify Payments.

All payments are processed securely, and we never store your card details.


About Our Artwork

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes – designers, commercial clients and hospitality projects are very welcome. Please email us at hello@beachhouseart.co.uk and we’ll share all the details.

Can you personalise or customise an art print?

Absolutely. Whether it’s a wedding gift, birthday present, or something bespoke for your home or business, we’re happy to discuss custom artwork.

Email us or send us a DM with what you have in mind and we’ll chat through the options.

Do you have a physical shop?

Not at the moment – we’re an online-only studio, and everything is printed and framed to order.

Who is the adorable dog in your photos?

That’s Griff, our studio dog – a very handsome wire-haired griffon. He doesn’t help with the printing, but he’s excellent company.
