At Beach House Art, we want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy and a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

 


 

 

1. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

 


If your artwork arrives and it isn’t quite right, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help arrange a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

 


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging (to protect the artwork in transit).

  • You will need your order number or proof of purchase.

 


Important for personalised or custom items:

Because these are printed specifically for you, we can only accept returns if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you are unsure before ordering, we are always happy to send a proof or mock-up.

 


 

 

3. How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.


All returns should be sent to:

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

 


 

 

4. Damages, Issues & Incorrect Items

 


Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your print or frame is:

 

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

 


…contact us within 7 days so we can put it right quickly.


To help us process damage claims with couriers, please include:

 

  • clear photos of the damage to the product, and

  • photos of the outer packaging (all sides if possible)

 


We will replace the damaged item or offer a refund according to your preference.

 


 

 

5. Exchanges

6. Non-Returnable Items

 


We cannot accept returns on:

 

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made prints, unless damaged or faulty

 


If you are unsure whether your order is custom, feel free to ask.

 


 

 

7. Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Refund timings:

 

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days by your bank or card provider

  • Shopify processes the refund immediately on our side

  • Some banks may take longer to show the refund on your statement

 


If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval email, please contact us.

 


 

 

8. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 


If your order is shipped into the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel your order for any reason.


To qualify:

 

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

  • Personalised or custom-made items are exempt unless faulty.

 


This does not affect your statutory rights.
