The Beach House Art mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Beach House Art (“Beach House Art”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By signing up to receive SMS/text messages from us, you agree to these Mobile Terms (“Mobile Terms”). These Mobile Terms apply in addition to our main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


We may update or change the Service or these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 


 

 

1. Consent to Receive Messages

 


By opting in to our SMS/text messaging Service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of Beach House Art at the mobile number you provided. Messages may relate to:

 

  • order updates and account notifications

  • customer support

  • promotions, offers, and reminders

 


Messages may be sent using an automated system or other technology.


Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Participation in the Service is entirely voluntary.

 


 

 

2. Costs and Message Frequency

 


We do not charge for the Service, but standard messaging and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile provider.

  • You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile provider.

3. How to Opt Out

 


You may opt out of the Service at any time.


To opt out, either:

 

  • text STOP to BeachHouse, or

  • click the unsubscribe link included in any of our text messages (where available).

 


You will receive a confirmation message to confirm you have been unsubscribed.

After this, no further messages will be sent unless you separately opt in again.


If you are subscribed to more than one Beach House Art messaging programme, you must opt out of each programme individually.

 


 

 

4. Help and Support

5. Changes to Short Codes or Numbers

 


We may change the phone number or short code used for the Service at any time. If this happens, we will notify you. Messages sent to a discontinued number or short code (including STOP or HELP requests) may not be received, and we are not responsible for such messages.


You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you change your number, you will need to re-subscribe to the Service using your new number.

 


 

 

6. Network and Delivery

 


Mobile network operators are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not liable for any delays, failures, or inaccuracies in the delivery of messages.


To the extent permitted by law, Beach House Art is not responsible for:

 

  • failed or delayed delivery

  • misdirected messages

  • errors in the information provided

  • actions taken or not taken in reliance on messages from the Service

 

 


 

 

7. Privacy

 


We respect your privacy.
