At Beach House Art, every print is made to order. Once you place your order, we carefully print, frame, and ship your art straight to your door.

We offer prompt shipping worldwide, with free, speedy delivery across the UK and Northern Ireland. Please see below for the specifics of your location.

Please note - we don't print or ship on the weekends.

UK and Northern Ireland:
FREE Tracked Shipping (3-7 days)


EU:
Tracked Delivery (3-7 days) – Flat rate €11.95 EUR

USA:
Tracked Delivery (3-7 days) – Flat rate $10

Australia:
Tracked Delivery (3-7 days) – Flat rate £10

Dubai:

Tracked Delivery (3-7 days) - Flat rate £20

We have a network of print studios in the UK, Europe, Australia, and the USA, so we print and frame as near you as possible.

We use trusted postal and courier partners, so you can be sure that your print will arrive in perfect condition.

However, we're only human, and accidents happen, so be sure to get in touch with us immediately if something goes wrong.

 UK and Northern Ireland

We offer FREE tracked shipping for all orders and an express option. This includes the Isle of Wight and the Highlands and Islands.

EU

We have a print and frame partner in the EU. 

We offer a flat rate of £10 for tracked shipping. This price is converted live from UK Sterling. 

Your order will ship from the EU from our European printer and framer in Amsterdam, meaning you won't pay import duty.

USA

We offer a flat rate of $10 for tracked shipping.  

Your order will ship from the USA, meaning you won't pay import duty.

Our printers and framers are based in the US and ship directly to you in the USA. Therefore, there is no need to ship art from the UK to the US, and you don't pay import duties.

Australia

We offer a flat rate of £10 for tracked shipping.

This price is converted live from UK Sterling.

Your order will ship from our Australian printer and framer, meaning you won't pay import duty.

Rest of the World

Channel Island is charged a flat rate of £5.95 for shipping.

Dubai shipping has a flat rate charge of £20.00. Dubai charges import duties of around 10%, so please be aware that the customer has to pay this. We cannot offer returns or refunds if you do not collect or pay your import charges. 

We have printing labs in the UK, USA, EU and Australia. It is most likely that your order will ship from the UK, but if you need to be sure, please contact us before ordering to check. hello@beachhouseart.co.uk

Returns

Production starts typically within an hour of you placing the order. We don't carry any stock as all our orders are printed and framed to order.  

So it is really helpful if you email us as soon as you notice a mistake or change your mind.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your art prints or framed art item/s, or your order arrived damaged in transit, please hold onto all packaging and reply to your order email for assistance or email hello@beachhouseart.co.uk and pop your order number in the subject bar.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and will make the refund, return or exchange process as easy as possible for you. We will always help and offer replacements or refunds.

If there is any damage to your print, we guarantee to reprint and send you a replacement piece of art as quickly as possible.

Please include photographs of the damage and photos of the packaging. We have to provide these to the courier to make a claim.

Please note that returns are to be sent back at the purchasers cost. 

Cancellations

If you realise you have made an error, please reply to your order email immediately. We print to order and try to start orders as soon as possible, so a quick cancellation really helps.

Gifting

All orders are shipped without branding or invoices, so if you purchase the artwork as a gift, the gift recipient will not see pricing. We have made this a company policy, as we sell to a lot of interior designers and shops, so we are afraid we can't offer messages with the prints.
